Although people say that life is like a river and always moves forward, for some, it all but freezes, leaving those select few to wallow in their misery as they watch everyone else move on.
If you put your residense as Japan, all the characters and writing for the site selections show up in Japanese, and sense we don't know how to read kanji, hitakana, or katikana((sp)), it only makes sense to put the place where we are originally from, and which language we acctually know.
